In the era of big data, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is faced with many opportunities and challenges. The application information technology in secondary vocational mathematics teaching is not only to improve the quality of mathematics teaching and attract students’ interest in learning, but also to cultivate students' information literacy and enhance the use skills of computing tools. In this paper, the concept and related technology of the data mining were introduced in detail, the decision tree algorithm in the data mining was studied deeply, and the selection method of the achievement decision point of ID3 algorithm was studied, furthermore, the improvement was carried out for the algorithm complexity and the data redundancy. The final research shows that in the course of mathematics teaching, the rational application of the information technology can significantly improve the mathematics learning interest of the secondary vocational students, which is conducive to improving the dilemma of mathematics teaching in secondary vocational schools.

Modern psychology based on network big data has a very important positive effect on the current national mental health of our country. In order to promote the application of the technology in the study of psychology in our country, on the basis of understanding the relevant theories, the modern psychology techniques of network big data and traditional psychological techniques were compared and analyzed. The results show that the modern psychological technology of network big data is more accurate for the improvement of psychological problems in our country. As an emerging medium of instruction, interactive whiteboard is changing classroom teaching, teacher teaching and student learning. Teachers and students can interact with each other through the whiteboard, and active interactions between teachers and students can realize the knowledge construction. In this paper, the main functions of interactive whiteboard were analyzed; based on the theory of interaction between teachers and students in class, the promotion role of interactive electronic to the interaction between teachers and students in class was analyzed and studied. The results show that the interactive function of interactive whiteboard can effectively promote the interaction between teachers and students. The electronic whiteboard can create situations to stimulate students' learning motivations, to carry out meaningful discussions, to increase teacher-student interaction and to enliven the classroom atmosphere, which is conducive to establishing a good relationship between teachers and students and to the dissemination of knowledge and teaching.

Based on CBSE (component-based software engineering), this research on composable embedded software investigates the theory, methods and technologies for modeling and verification of embedded components. The paper surveys the state-of-the-art research and practices on composable embedded system from three perspectives: composite theory, modeling, and verification techniques. It introduces the optimistic and pessimistic definitions of component compatibility, and composition mechanisms including operations and rules. In modeling techniques, the paper particularly addresses the issues of composition of non-functional attributes and heterogeneous components, which are important to embedded components design and verification. It analyzes non-functional attribute constraints and multi-attributes oriented model. The paper also investigates three typical verification techniques of component composition including contract-based, invariants-based, and model checking techniques. It discusses future works in the end.

In this paper, a novel fungicide pyrimethamine nitrate complex (PNC) was synthesized and formulated into 40% suspension to determine the best formulation and tested its field bactericidal effect. The results showed that the best formulation of the suspending agent was the original drug 40.0%, dispersant: methylene bisnaphthalenesulfonate (NNO) 1.5%, Tween-80 4.8%, thickener: magnesium aluminum silicate: xanthan gum (10: 1) 3.2%, defoamer: n-octanol 0.1%, preservative: sodium benzoate 1.5%, antifreeze: glycol 3.0%, deionized water 45.9%. The field test results showed that the suspension had good control effect on gray mold of cucumber. In the early stage of gray mold, the effective amount was 112.5-157.5g/ha, the dosage was 18.75-26.25g each time. The suspension can effectively control the cucumber gray mold hazards, when it was sprayed on the plant leaves positive and negative.

Combined with another LED as MQW photo-detector (MQW-PD), the micro blue light communication system can realize optical-coupling and digital communication. The whole integrated photonics system including p-n junctions, bent waveguides and InGaN/GaN multiple-quantum-wells (MQWs) on GaN-on-silicon photonic platform. The InGaN/GaN MQWs light-emitting diode (MQWs-LED) owns transmit layer with two AlGaN-cladding layers, an interlayer-MQW layer, and two InGaN-waveguide layers. The total reflection will occur when the light pass through the MQW layer. The AlGaN-cladding layer can confine a portion of light spills due to the different refractive index between AlGaN and InGaN. Moreover, the InGaN-waveguide structure with a pair of two straight and half-round waveguides can indicate the light transmission direction by turning points. The optical direct modulated system can satisfy communication rate up to 30Mbps with low inter-symbol interference (ISI) and excellent eye diagram communication. However, it can even work at 50Mbps with slight amplitude distortion.

In order to better analyze the model, in this study, through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the model was analyzed; the main influencing factors were determined; then, through the questionnaire, students' vocabulary mastering abilities before and after the application of this model were compared and analyzed. The results show that this model is of great importance to the mastery of English vocabularies of students. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical supports for the improvement of English teaching in China.

Then, the multiple-linear regression was carried out. Thus, the explanatory variables related to the disclosure of carbon information were obtained. So, this paper has put forward the effect of endurance training of young basketball players. Using the algorithm of association rules and neural network, the influence of endurance training can be considered from multiple perspectives. By using the algorithm of association rules and neural network algorithm in data mining algorithm, the effect of endurance training is constructed. In the corresponding tests, the adaptability of the algorithm is tested by the change of data, and further test the relevance of the algorithm. Based on this, with the data mining technology, the quality evaluation system of urban community service for the aged was constructed in this paper. First of all, the application characteristics of the data mining technology were analyzed; then, the quality evaluation system of urban community pension service was constructed; the community care service in a city was evaluated, and the conclusion that the construction of old-age service system in China has made some progress was proposed. The quality of pension service in the pilot area is quite satisfactory, but it still needs improvement.

In order to improve the the unbalanced development situation of domestic music literacy education, and get rid of the inconvenience of looking up the songs that meet our demands because of a great variety of Chinese music repertoires, this paper builds the database of Chinese music library, based on the advanced computer network technology; In order to make it easier for readers to consult and enhance the working efficiency of the music managers, This paper studies to design a set of library database of Chinese music to meet the requirements of colleges and universities by adopting a related database management system (MySQL), based on the relevant theories and technologies. The results show that the database takes up little space, responses fast, and even costs little, and it has an open source to meet the need of readers in colleges and universities to retrieve the Chinese music repertoire.

Through the method of literature retrieval and analysis, this paper introduced the definition and classification of VR technology as well as its applications in sports, and specifically introduced the simulative technology simulation of volleyball based on VR technology through computer geometric modeling technology. Meanwhile, the paper used the athlete model, athlete trajectory modeling, volleyball model and 3D working environment modeling as well as multiple software tools as OpenGL and 3DS Max 2010 to calculate important parameters as the optimal shooting angle section and shooting speed in volleyball games.
